Yesterday was furshot recovery and a mostly blue night.

Sorry for the very late post - we had a power outage today. It's been a sunny but windy day here and some tree branches took out one of the distribution lines to our subdivision. Cats have been enjoying the sun in the warm solarium - a nice break to the rain we've been having. All seems well in cat land, other than yet another hairball from the delicate flower Theo. He found one of the few carpeted place in the house. :roll:

Cheering on all those cats on OTJ trials! Good to see, they seem to come in multiples too. (sort of like my furshots). And sending many healing vines for Crushy's toofies.

Ah, a nice sunny yellow start after a power outage .... and almost blue!

Sorry to hear about the power outage. I hope it wasn't out too long. I hope Neko gave you some blue today.

Hey Wendy! Glad your power's back on for you. One of the blessings of city living, they usually fix that kinda stuff pretty speedy like. My biggest culture shock moving to small town SK was the 2nd winter here (and I mean winter) the power got knocked off....for 4 days!! Apparently that is normal :roll: :lol:

Neko, the power is back on so you don't have to be a lightbulb anymore :-D C'mon down a bit sunny kitty

You guys need a "Jenny"!! Glad it wasn't a long power outage.

I agree that fur shots come in bunches. Now, however, keep on coming back down, Neko. You can be encouragement for Rusty.

PMPS 153 - back to basic blue. No smell of Lev. :cool: :-D Neko had a tour outside this afternoon, first dry day for a few that she's been interested in doing so.

@Anne - Power outage happened in the middle of my shower. Good thing it was sunny out! She slid down to join Zener.

@Carla - I didn't notice the power outage at first cause I didn't have lights on. We went out so I'm not sure exactly when it came back, about 4 hours. DH's first concern was the insulin. We got blue tonight!

@Kim - We've been in this house quite a few years. First 10 years we had like 2 power outages. Trees around here have grown, so now they are more frequent. 4 days without power in your winter! Brrr. My parents live on an island (more outages there too) and have wood stove, heat, and water by gravity feed, plus kerosene lamps. One year over Christmas power was out 4 days too. :roll: Neko is blue now - will Twice join her?

@Ella - Power outages used to be very rare here. Now it's almost once a year, but the repair guys were at it within 1/2 hour.

It WAS a windy day.
I'm glad the power came back before it got dark!
We'd have a big problem testing & shooting if no light!
