Good Morning LL ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (LOTS! I just love ~O) ), and Happy TUNA Tuesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Today is TUNA TUESDAY!!! In honor of Tuna Tuesday, once again Lola and Bug, aka Paw Prints Pizza, will make their famous triple tuna pies, with tuna and nip infused crust, tuna toppings, and now triple tuna infused cheese. YUMMMMMMMM! It's tradition!, and these pizza pies totally rock! As a side benefit we have TUNA WATER too! It was SO COOL to have all the kitties hangout in the treehouse yesterday. Mannie loved that treehouse, built by him and all his LL friends. YOU GUYS ROCK! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Ethiopia. and for my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of orange and vanilla and chocolate swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with crystallized oranges and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are really good today too!

I hope everyone had a great Monday. Mine was great. I was able to go hiking yesterday. I was really MEGA tired from the late night before with My DS's band gig, so yesterday I was looking for just a nice short hike. I knew too the weather was turning nasty , so close was optimal too. I went t Snoqualmie Falls, abut 40 minute drive, with a nice river hike that was short too. I figured I could get there spend some a time before the nasty weather hit, oh sure..... Here is what I wrote last night about the day: "Hi everyone! WOW, and thanks for all the visits! I did indeed head on out on a hike. Well, more like a walk, but I did get out. I have been meaning to check on a re-done trail here at Snoqulamie Falls. We had a small window this morning, in between weather systems, so I took a chance and went over to the falls. So much for that weather window! I think the weather guys forgot to look out the window.... What a wet, rainy, soggy, but glorious day. I went to the falls today to see the new river trail that was reopened a few months ago. It sure is different from what I remember from ages ago... It is a very nice, easy to travel trail, geared for families and the masses. There still is river access, but it is limited. Of course the river is running high right now, so I expect that when that is not the case that more of the river banks will be accessible from the trail. I had a great time, even though I was dripping rain by the time I left. Thank anyone for rain gear.  I think I did about 4 miles today, climbed just short of 600 feet. The river trail itself is very short, maybe 2.0 miles round trip. Snoqualmie Falls really is such a beautiful place, even when it is hiding behind a veil of fog, and mist, and rains. (as a reminder: Google has changed the way it posts these photos, and only brings up a sampling of all contained in the album. Normalcy in MusketeerVille!   The kitties were good kitties yesterday - even Lola. Fancy that! Well, normal Lola. I must have removed her from her banister railing walking at least a dozen times. I was home about 12:00 yesterday, and I had all of those kitties following me everywhere I went in the house. They had a little caravan going.  They seemed to feel that I should be feeding them. oh no..... way too early my furry friends. They finally gave up. I vacuumed again yesterday, another let's see how the new vacuum works in this part of the house.   It is interesting that the kitties don't immediately run when I turn it on - even Elsa, who hates the vacuum. It is much quieter than the old one, and doesn't seem to freak them out as much, Well, except for Lola who likes them from the get go. Last night at their dinner I opened one of the few remaining Weruva cans I had left from Mannie's fuds pantry, a chicken pie thing I think. Anyways - it had a few diced carrots and peas in it. Why they put that in cat fuds is beyond me. Anyways: each kitty gotta portion. I went to clean up after they were done and got to Lola's spot. "What is this slimy stuff on the counter?" I wondered, it was small, and there were maybe 5 of these mushy slimy blobs on the counter OH HAHA! Lola had taken the peas out and squished them on the counter. I guess Lola doesn't like peas....    I love that cat! YUPP! Normalcy in MusketeerVille!

Have a great day everyone. Today is Seattle visit day with my friend in the early afternoon, and Breffis day with my son. WooHOO! That is the extent of my social day tomorrow. wow - all that free time, what will I do with it??? I dunno! ;-)

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN!! cat_pet_icon

Hi Michelle,
I'm sure you'll find something to do with all that free time! Those are great pics of the rain, the fog, the beautiful vegetation, the fungi, and, of course, the Falls. So glad you got out in the rain.

Too funny about Lola and the peas. Smart kitty!!

Have a fun breakfast with Anthony and a good time in Seattle having coffee with your friend. Social days are nice!

Elsa, thank you for the delicious Ethiopian espresso! My favorite.

Have a great day, guys,

Ella & Rusty

Hey Elsa, Bug and Lola. We're going to the dunes near Tess's house today to ride the dune buggies and hang out. See you there.

Re: 11/19 LOOSE LIPS: A rather wet and soggy day at the fall

LOL...I love Lola's statement about the peas in her fuds. I agree...I don't know why they bother putting that stuff in cat food. I think the manufacturers think we beans like it, because it makes it seem more like OUR food.

Amazing pictures, as always. It does look SO soggy, but also so peaceful. Gorgeous.

Have a great day, Michelle!!

Re: 11/19 LOOSE LIPS: A rather wet and soggy day at the fall

Morning Amy ~O) ~O) ~O) I had good laugh over those peas....   I think so too on those manufactures. have the time the kitties don't eat it anyways, leave the veggies. THX on the pics; It was as wet as it looks, and then some, but made for some nice photos. ;-) and yes. very peaceful!!! THX on today!

Re: 11/19 LOOSE LIPS: A rather wet and soggy day at the fall

Have a nice day out. The new trail sounds great for taking the DGSs out.

   I agree w/ Lola on "mushy peas"! Yeah, it's all playing up to human's idea of what's healthy. and probably cheaper than protein.

Elsa, Lola, Bug! hurry up, it's gonna be a great day on the dunes! Uh, but tell Lola to be careful, AuntiJen Rangerbean will be on the lookout! Don't for get , we's gonna have a bonfire too! Emma can't wait to show Lola around! -- Tess

Re: 11/19 LOOSE LIPS: A rather wet and soggy day at the fall

I'm glad you got out yesterday, even if it was wet. That is hilarious with Lola and the peas. It gave me a good laugh. I hope you had a good visit with your DS this morning and visit with your friend.

Re: 11/19 LOOSE LIPS: A rather wet and soggy day at the fall

Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. Breakfast with my son was great. It always is. Ir is such a nice time for us to catch upon what is what, and just enjoy dome really good food. The new place is proving to be a good one. We both like it, though we still do miss the old cafe.... This one is a good replacement. I had a veggie omelet today that was really good, a good variety of veggies! Anthony had Eggs Benedict that was made with "regular" bacon and not canadian bacon. Now that was delicious. So... looks like this place is a keeper. Seattle was fun too, that to always is. It was nice to get into the city, see my friend. She's busy getting ready for Thanksgiving. Aren't we all? ;-) I took some photos at Breffis, and will post them tomorrow.

Hi Ann - it was. The trail is a good one, and one I think that Nichoals will be able to do. There is come climbing, but not too much I think. Oh yes on those peas.... I agree too. Blech on the peas... typical canned pea look. ugh. I think so too: playing up to what most humans view as healthy, so throw in a few veggies.
TESS! We are all ready, so ready!! All is prepped, packed and ready to go. We are on our way. I told Lola she has to be cool, she just rolled he eyes. She said OK though,... we don't want any trouble with AuntieJen Rangerbean. AND A BONFIRE??????? so so kewl! Lola says she is so exited to hang out with Emma. You gotta keep on eye on them.... ~~ Elsa

Hi Melissa - THX, I did! It was a great hoomin social day. :-D I so know on those trails... this one is good, and well suited for those that it is intended for, and should work out well for Nicholas too. Do you believe Lola.... oh HAHA!

Hi Carla - Me too on the getting out: wet, but it was fun. I think so too on Lola - sure did amke me laugh,. silly cat! THX too on today - it all was good. I love the time with my kid. Good food too!

Re: 11/19 LOOSE LIPS: A rather wet and soggy day at the fall

Hi Michelle - hope you had a good one in the sunshine today. Looks like some very hikeable weather coming up this week. Your photos of yesterday sure do find the beauty in the rain forest. The falls were just roaring with all that rain yesterday.

To funny on Lola and the peas. Just meat for her please!

Umm, what's wrong with Canadian bacon?

Re: 11/19 LOOSE LIPS: A rather wet and soggy day at the fall

Morning Wendy ~O) ~O) ~O) THX - I do too! it will be good to have some sun, even with the cold out there. Our weather should be good for the rest of the week too, which will be good. I have the boys, so we will be able to get out some. YAY! THX on the pics! It was so pretty there, even with all the wet. The falls were very full, and loud! Oh yes on Lola, no veggies please. Too funny on the Canadian bacon. It was so odd that they made that without it. Different for sure!
