Not entirely certain what's up with her numbers this morning, she apparently just wants to go up. I am 99.9% sure I didn't miss. I did increase this morning. I also increased her gabapentin a couple of days ago. Since she gets it transdermally, I use a pen that has a twist function to disperse the meds. We went from 2 clicks to 3. She seemed like she was struggling a bit more getting into and out of her suitcase that she currently loves, so I wanted to see if that helps.

Good luck with the increase, Alicia. I hope The GABA helps Kit feel better and get in and out of her suitcase easier. Sending hugs and chin scratches for your sweet girl :bighug::bighug::bighug:

So, I think what might have happened this morning - I was trying to draw up insulin into the syringe, but got mostly air (the old pen), so I grabbed the new pen and a new syringe. And I think that plus Kit being yelly this morning threw me off, and maybe I just straight up didn't give the shot? I checked the two syringes I could see in the trash, but there's no guarantee those are the two from this morning - it might have fallen deeper into the trash (and I was not digging through the trash more than the first layer).
And then a 100 point drop from +1 to +2 tonight? Eesh.

That makes sense. I was going to say ndw or maybe the high before the low. :bighug::bighug:

I can see in my brain the typical routine - it's basically muscle memory at this point - but I can't actually remember physically giving the shot this morning. Which might mean there's an unclipped, re-capped needle with insulin in it hanging out in the trash.:facepalm: And she's certainly reacting to the insulin tonight.
