Hi all!

I was wondering what if anything some of you used for your seniors. Both my sugar and civvie are senior. Civvie is 16. LM is now 14. I was thinking about trying to find a supplement that would help with stiffness, but be sugar cat friendly.

Civvie is well a pill to pill lol. Im very happy she is not my sigar cat, i fear id have battle wounds daily from testing and shooting. Ahe is not a good patient :nailbiting: So a sprinkle on or something of the like would be helpful especially for her.

I appreciate any and all suggestions. Hope everyone has been having a great weekend:)

Hello Rainbow! Bella seems to be doing better since we started Adequan. I give her SC injections every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how she is. It's glucosamine, so it helps with arthritis pain, stiffness and all that. She does not limp anymore but her joints click when she walks. I am not sure if that will make it better, we'll see.
You can also get it in powder (glucosamine, I mean, not Adequan per se): green-lipped mussel extract. I will try that when I am done with my vial of Adequan, it's less expensive. I tried CDB oil too, she did well on that but she was kind of sleepy :cat:

@Rainbow Conti
Hi Rain this is what I've been using for Tyler for about 3 years now only because I saw that when he was was laying down and went to get up it looked like to me he had some stiffness like you mentioned . Never ever raised his BG and as you know he's been in remission since 1-24-21 and it definitely helped him. You can get it at any local pet store ,Petco, pet smart, doesn't have to be bought online. I just sprinkle the capsule on his wet food, add some water and mix it up, he never tastes it in his food. Just follow the directions :cat:

What does Boswellia do for cats?
