Zener's appy is back! Phew. The funny thing is that Tillie (the civie) seems to match Zener on appetite. If he eats well, so does she. If he's not so keen, neither is she. Crazy cats. Poo patrol was totally lax this morning but didn't seem to miss any action either. Zener's very soft tummy fur is almost completely black now from his shave for the ultrasound a few weeks ago.

Today is starting off like the last two with a late nadir and blue and green in the late afternoon and evening. Paws crossed. Hope everyone was a great Caturday. Thinking of kitties, beans and droolers who are ailing.

Liz, so cute with Tillie following Zener's pattern with appy. She has sympathy pains for Zener when he's not up to par. Great with the tummy fur growing back. Have a nice day, Liz.

@Ann & Maggie - although Tillie thinks Zener is sometimes a bit of a buffoon (that's what our AC told us Tillie thinks), she worries about him. :YMHUG:

@Melissa & Mr T - we are delighted that Zener is on his fuds today! All good here, an exceptionally warm day for mid-Feb and our last snow is already history. :sad:

All in all, a very good day today. Lots of backyard time. :-D All 5Ps in place, despite the poor work from Inspector Poo! :roll:
It's been a slow slide down all day, so we shall see how things look at PMPS time.

Hey Liz! I thought I would answer you here. We use an aerokat chamber for Tarragon. It fits over his mouth and nose and you puff the inhaler into the tube. Then you hold it there while they take 6-8 breathes. We do 3 puffs right now - 1 albuterol, 2 Flovent - twice a day. Crazy huh? Tarragon is a trooper. In between puffs he licks his lips and gets ready for the next one.

great to hear that zener's appy is back! yay Zener! the fuds are good - punkin would be the first to tell you, although the last one to share. we can't be everything! :lol:

We went out shopping this afternoon and bought a new box spring and mattress, we don't even know how old our old mattress is but we've lived here 15 years and it was not new when we moved it across the country! Delivery is imminent, and Zener is tested, fed and had shot and +1 check. Chaos reigns at the moment. :roll:

Wow Zener you sure know how to grow some furs Vyktor's is still just bum fluff after about 2 1/2 months! You look nice in your blue pants tonight too, very handsome.

@Linda - Zener was catnapped by aliens and we now have the pod Zener! :lol: It's the only explanation we can come up with.

@Desi - appy and good numbers, what more could beans ask for?

@Serryn - we are amused how quickly his tummy fur has grown back. When he was a tiny kitten his fur was so thin his tummy had bare spots!

The mattress and box springs arrived and are all made up! Dreamland here we come! :-D Zener hid in the closet while the delivery was taking place, so we were a little late getting a +2 and feeding him. We have paws crossed we may see green again tonight!

More tests to come, maybe a Caturday night PJ party?

I'd love to join the pj party, but Mookie is mellow yellow tonight and I can go to bed without worry. And speaking of bed, I just added a feather bed to the top of my aging but not yet dead mattress, and it is heavenly. Good luck with Zener tonight.
