If you look at his spreadsheet, you'll see that he's keeping me guessing. I've had him back at 1.75 for 6 cycles and he's had a couple of nice nadirs, but is still consistently high. BUT - when I've upped him back to 2, he'll do great and then crash earning him a reduction.

Can you take a look at the spreadsheet and tell me what you think? Should I go back up to 2 units BID and see what happens or hold him longer at 1.75 units BID?

I would go back up to 2.0.

I would wait one cycle tonight, then increase. You've only had 5 cycles in a row at this dose, because of the skinny shot the night of the 15th. Maybe he'll surprise you and break his bounce tonight and give you a green.

And this morning he gave me a blue: 148. I didn't get a nadir overnight - just needed some sleep (was on a Zoom meeting until midnight) so I wonder if he did go into the green zone....
