Keeping Dyana close in thoughts and prayers as she grieves the loss of her sweet boy, J.D.

I have been away for a little bit and when I read the news about J.D., it reminded me of how supportive and caring everyone here is on LL. And did I mention, completely getting why we do the things we do to keep our kitties healthy and happy. I have missed that support. Simon is doing ok, although slowing down quite a bit. His BG is all over the place and he is very hard to regulate. When I go up a little bit in insulin, he goes way low and then when I drop it a little, he goes sky high, like today. As y'all know, it is a crazy dance we go through for our babies, figuring out just what works best and how much.

Simon and MIssy are still getting along well, although most days you can find them on their individual heated beds, although they both are big snuggle bugs at night.

Work is as crazy as ever but very rewarding running my own place. I just need more hours in the day!

Good morning Georgia!!! It is so nice to see a Simon condo. It is definitely a crazy dance that we keep doing. Tarragon does the same thing. I hope Simon comes down for you slowly today.

Great news on Simon and Missy. Great to hear they are getting along.

How nice to have a Simon condo! it's good to hear from you, and Simon. I too struggles with having and getting a regulated kitty, We'd have these glorious weeks, and just as soon as they were here they were gone, and Mannie was all over the place. Such a crazy dance we do indeed. We keep on truckin', don't we. Come on down Simon, and surf well for your bean today.

So great too on Simon and Missy. Always such a plus when one brings in a new kitty. Wonderful that it has worked out so well for you, and your kitties.

I'm so glad to see you! Glad to hear your business is doing well - what a big job! I can't even imagine it.

Have you tried giving Simon a higher carb food? not high carb, just higher low carb, like 8%. Might be something to add to your bag of tricks if you haven't tried it yet.
