11/17 Racci AMPS-144,+4-75,+8.5-115,PMPS-F143

Happy Sunday LL,

It's a nice day here today. Sunny and not too cold. I wish I was up to getting some outside work done but my cough is still too bad. I do feel a lot better than I was but still have a terrible headache and cough. I really need to get to work on those leaves - all 10,000,000,000,000 of them!

Racci is doing well today. She pooped early again, has a good appetite, & was trying to get me to play with the toy basket when I woke up since DH had given the second breakfast and I had woken up by 6am to do the first one. She had brought her blankie to her food today. ( Much better than bringing it to the litter box) :-D I don't know how much he gave her to eat, she sure is high today! I hope she comes down for her next test.

I'll be back. I want to chck some more condos today. By the way, Has anyone heard from Jane?

Hugs,
Melanie & Racci

Only 10,000,000,000,000 leaves? Maybe you should count them all to be sure? Or you could ignore them and maybe some will blow away or rot or something :)

Re: 11/18 Racci AMPS-169

The leaves will keep the ground from drying out. They are a good thing.
You need to get well before dealing with that chore.
Hope Racci slides back down. That is up for her.

Re: 11/18 Racci AMPS-169

Hi Melanie, Hope Racci slides back down for you. I really hope you feel better soon too, sending you more healing and comfort vines. Please dont mess with fallen leaves until you are well, they have plenty of dust, mold, etc. If the leaves are worrying you a lot, you might consider asking a local scout troop or school for voluteers to help rake. Our front trees were bare a week ago, our bradford pears in back have not dropped their leaves yet  .
Last I post recall about Jane mentioned internet outage keeping her offline, I have not noticed more recent updates but I could have missed something.

Hi Wendy,

I started counting them but the wind started blowing and I lost count. I had to guestimate them instead.  Unfortunately, they don't leave me though. They just blow to another part of the property. I just have too many trees and too much land.

Hi Rhiannon,

When the leaves are this thick they kill the grass so any benefits you get are lost by the smothering of the ground. When it rains it will strip the rass righ out and nake it grow in white instead of green for lack of light. I can't do it now though. Any physical activity makes me start coughing terribly, unable to breathe. I'm still too sick with the bronchitis.

It is high for Racci! I really think it's that food again. I just don't know what to do about it since she woj't eat anything else! I think I'll try core salmon again or just go searching again;;; Thanks. Have a good night

Hi Leslie,

You're right about taking care of the leaves myself. I just can't do i now. It gets me coughing and coughing until I can't stop. I cant seem to get anyone without paying $300! It's outrageous! I never had to deal with this crap before, living in FL & CA. I can't believe how much they want for it.

I have to get to sleep. I'm falling asleep typing. I'll talk to ;you tomorrow. Have a good night!

I hope some magic fairies are taking care of the leaves for u while u sleep. It sucks when you're too ill to take care of everything

HI Serryn!

It's great to see you as always. That sure is the truth! I hope some magic finds me too. I can use it about now. I keep worrying about the weather getting colder and our first snow burying the leaves before I can get to them. EEEK! Once it gets too cold I'll never be able to do it. If I didn't just get hit with a whopper of a bill already, I would just hire someone in spite of the cost! Oh well, something will work out.

I hope all is well with you and Vyktor and Meg. Take care!
