First day of shifting snacks up in the day, making them sooner, rather than later. I seldom get low numbers @AMPS but did this morning, I assume because Millie had her last nighttime snack earlier and she had been longer without food, before her AMPS. She also had a lower PM+11. Because of my food poisoning/whatever on Wednesday, and still have the fallout today, no work today as I deal with food in my job. So, I will be able to give into my testing OCD and see how the snack shift affects numbers.

Hope you feel better today! Btw, there is nothing in SS for last night. PMPS, number of units etc.
It's good you shot that 142 this morning. She has end of cycle nadirs so that means shooting low!

When I look at it overall, though, I see more nadirs at around +6 to +8, with an occasional nadir at the end of the cycle. So, how do you read the overall pattern? I think it will be interesting to see how moving up her snacks will affect the number spread. It puts more time without food before the AMPS and PMPS. When I realized that there was no way I could go to work this morning, it made shooting low a much easier decision.
