A favour to ask, could you put a blank line in the spreadsheet before yesterday, with the title "start cabergoline" on it. That can be a significant even, and better to highlight it instead of just on the Remarks.
 
Have you given him s. boullardi lately? That's my go to. It's possible the cabergoline is impacting him that way. Some kitties see GI issues when starting it - it typically doesn't last. Every other day dosing, as you are doing, can also mitigate it.

I'll try S. boulardi tonight. Haven't used it in awhile. I wasn't chalking it up to the cabergoline since he's been a bit on the diarrhea side of things for a few days and only started the cab yesterday. But, s. boulardi, it is.

Hi Wendy it’s PM + 7: watery diarrhea and BG 416
Gave s. boullardi but things are getting worse. Worried dehydration. On my phone as computer updating OS.
thinking he won’t want to eat in the morning (or today when you are reading this) also tagging Bhooma

Update called clinic and vet says she will prescribe Metronidazole… thoughts????
