Yesterday Cabergoline Day 44

DH wakes me up last night because Olive was crying. She was 163 so I guess it was because she was hungry, feeder was open food not touched yet. As soon as I showed her it was there she ate.

Tomorrow we go shopping for new car for husband. This morning's flat he said was the last straw. I told him a year ago to get new one before he retired. But I know nothing.

And we are pickled again!!!!

I'm jealous! I want a new car! I've always been a sedan gal, big trucks and SUVs were just too big for me. I've decided that it would do me some good to have something a bit higher off the ground and that has all-wheel drive for the winters here. So I've been looking at crossovers. Unfortunately with buying a new house, my desire for a new car has to be put on hold. I hope he finds something he likes!

And hooray for pickles!! Go Olive go!

I got my CRV because of winters in PA. I wanted road clearance. I had Ford Escort that was 16 yrs old still ran great. But knowing I was going to be alone 4 days a week I wanted new reliable vehicle with plenty of space for moving. DH goes for cheapest he can. I got mine in 2009 when DH decided to keep his old used car. 2 months later husbands car engine blew when he was traveling from PA to NJ on the interstate. He was towed to nearest dealer and bought economy sedan (thought anything bigger is waste of money) since he would be commuting for a few years. Over the years things have been breaking down. And the noise it makes is horrendous. Now he wants crossover.

I always had small cars. Loved zipping in and out of parking spaces. Now after my suv I don't like smaller. DH car I won't ride in. I feel stuffed in it. Can't move. Gotta have my SUV Crossover.

I have a 2012 Honda CRV and love it! Lots of room and easy in/out after many years of compact cars. :)

I went from a little Honda Civic to a Subaru Forester last year and I don't think I could ever go back to a small car. Even though it's pretty flat where I'm at, we get quite a bit of lake effect snow at times and AWD is the best!

...and I hope you had fun car shopping. :)
