Happy Fursday LL! No raccoon this morning! I went out and checked the yard thoroughly before letting the kitties out to do their business. They are so funny. Sometimes they INSIST on going outside and other times they will come inside to use the LB. I fattened up the dose this morning and will be on the look out for a Zener dive. He is supervising the condo this morning, sleeping on his bed on the nearby filing cabinet. I wish everyone had an office assistant like him. :lol: :lol:
Thinking especially of Jill and DH, Morris (dental today), Charlie (ACL surgery), and others who are ailing.

Good morning, guys!! Fingers and paws crossed that the dosecrease has Zener back down in prettier numbers!! I'm finding that my office assistants just aren't up to snuff... refusing to file, napping on the job (in the boss' lap, no less!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: )... good help is SO hard to find! :-D :-D :-D

I hope Zener has a lovely day for you! How nice of him to assist with condos! I generally have 3 office assistants at any one time, and it gets a little out of hand with someone typing, someone tangled in my phone cord and someone else attacking the other two. But, the best is when I'm on a conference call and someone uses the litterbox (Breeze system so it's LOUD when they dig). Sure wish my kids would go outside. Man oh man would that cut down on scooping! Have a great day Liz!

Good morning! I hope the fattened dose helps Zener.

Glad you went on raccoon patrol. They will learn eventually that Zener means business. So nice of Zener to help you with your office duties. I love it when you try to type and they keep bumping your hands. Silly kitters!

Good luck on the dosecrease today and hoping Zener shows us some better numbers.

I wish my real office assistants were furbabies. It would be nice not hearing so much complaining and drama all the time and instead hearing purrs and sweet meows. Of course, the lb smell would be a negative thing!

Zener dropped a bit at his +1 so we front loaded with some HC. At his +2 he was still a bit lower but not by much, so went to the MC food. I'll be getting a +3 and see how things look then.

@Christie - we agree good help is hard to find! I'm sure your two are the bestest of help! ;-)

@Jaq - three lovely assistants? Maybe that's too much of a good thing, perhaps they can take shifts during conference calls? :lol:

@Melissa - ah, if our kitties only had opposable thumbs, their words per minute would soar! :razz:

@Georgia - great idea to have the kits as the office assistants, can you get them a social security card? :shock:

@Linda - it took me a minute - "watching" windows. I'm a little slow sometimes! :lol:

179 @+7! We like this cycle, flat like Weezer! Ok, not quite as flat as Weezer but sure is flat for Zener. :smile: He's outside enjoying some time in the sun sniffing around the woodpile for some mice.

Sorry to have missed you lately. Good luck on the little extra juice!!! Isn't it just so that as soon as you increase, he drops down into blue even though you know it's not the sk1u talking?

We know you have been feeling poorly, and we hope you are feeling better! Thanks for the good wishes, we hope the extra juice helps. And you are so right about that drop to blue before the new dose takes effect. It always makes us second guess our timing! :?

Hi Anne, it looks like your lil Office Assistant is coming down nice there at +7! Good luck with the new dose. I'm glad Mr. Raccoon took the hint and doesn't show up when Zener wants to do his rounds of the yard. Maggie keeps watching, but so far it's a no show the last few nights for our Mr. Raccoon! Hi Ann & Maggie - no raccoon tonight. I went outside with Zener and made some noise and had a flashlight. No wildlife - other than us! ;-)

PMPS 292, 2nd cycle @s1.00u, 1.5oz 8%
+1 279, 0.55oz 11%
+2 315, 1.5oz 8%, urine negative for ketones
+3, 0.9oz 8%
+4 294, 0.35oz 8%

Had a nice run of blues in the am cycle and so far, flat yellow tonight. We thought about increasing 0.25u, but he's been so bouncy we decided to gradually increase, hoping we can flatten out his cycles and have better numbers without bouncing. Perhaps we are delusional! :lol:

Only the second cycle with the new fattened up dose, so we will see how this dose works for him for several cycles. Paws are crossed we start to see some lovely blues and greens soon.

What a nice morning cycle - nice and flat and down. Looks like Zener has decided on a flat yellow one tonight... Hey Zener: remember those blues? back you go - they looked so good on you!

Thanks Michelle, I will give Zener your instructions! We are happy to see him in flatter numbers today and have paws crossed our experiment testing earlier in the cycle and using higher carbs when he has big drops will work for him to control bounces. Even if it is yellow tonight it sure beats all those "colors that cannot be named" we have been seeing lately. His appy has also improved this week and he is eating the most ounces per day (~8oz) yet since his transition to wet food. :-D Hope he and Mannie don't get into the really good foods at Binks' party tonight and end up with lamp shades on their heads. :lol:
