November 16, 2018 Condo - Day 10 Post Dental

Good morning all,
Lou popped a surprising mid-blue yesterday, and Caleb didn't retest to see how low it brought him (he was running errands). If his previous numbers are any indication, I doubt he went much lower. Unfortunately I panicked and didn't increase him to 3.0u last night. Big surprise, nothing memorable happened and I wasted a cycle, now dealing with NDW today rather than last night. He threw up today while eating his AMPS meal, which he hasn't done since October 31st. :arghh: He hasn't been eating as much today as he has been post dental, which is slightly worrisome. I will obviously keep an eye on him, but I'm hoping he's just not overly hungry, despite his high BGs.

I am hoping I can get some things done around the house today. Caleb's been busy putting some more things away and devising a pretty ingenious feeding station. He's always been a bit worried about our cats eating near each other, which has never actually been a problem. When we moved, he wanted to feed them separately, but there's just not the space to do that. He fashioned a box into two corrals if you will with higher walls in the middle so they can't see each other. It's like it was meant to be because our mats fit right in there, along with the cereal boxes we're still using to raise their dishes. It's an interesting set-up and the cats don't seem to mind it. I figure if it makes my darling husband feel better, we'll go with it. :joyful:

I hope you all have a wonderful Caturday and your kitties stay safe. Sending vines to Miss P (@Phoebes), Mr. Jones (@Tracey&Jones), and Gizmo (@LizzieInTexas). Of course, we're also sending vines to any other kitties or beans in need. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Looks like a busy Caturday for you and Caleb. Hope you get all your projects done, and that Lou settles down into a routine with good numbers, good appetite, and no puking. :bighug:
