Just a vent about TBP: I caught one of the RAs going through a personal storage box on my desk His excuse? He was looking for Command hooks to hang up Christmas decorations yet. He (and everyone else) have absolutely no business going through my personal items on my desk My scissors went missing months ago. My mini cube of Post-It notes disappeared recently. I keep a small bag of chocolates on my desk and some have gone missing (inexpensive big name brand. I don't bring the expensive good chocolate to work). It's totally rude and disrespectful to take items without asking. Yes, I did chew him out for it. It's not my problem if he doesn't have anything to hang up decorations with. Use tape until you get your own hooks. I don't have desk drawers and the key to the filing cabinet is long missing. I need to buy a lockable storage box now.

This place just Don't even get me started on what these people think a specific procedure is Let's just say it was told to someone who reported it to the compliance committee who informed me. We're already in deep with the compliance committee and these people just keep adding to the list of issues. Having a PhD or MS doesn't mean these people are smart or have any common sense. No luck with the job search People I reach out to seem unwilling to help
