So Egon started acting really uncoordinated, wobbly, confused, wouldn’t eat at +12.5
I waited half an hour from pmps for him to raise above 50.
His behavior was concerning. I finally got him to eat some churu and then I was able to get him interested in his dinner.
I would like to consider changing his reduction threshold to 55. What do you think?

Ok I can move his last meal before shots from +7 to +8 and see if that helps.
He had weird hypo-like behavior around 50 once before. I’m suspecting that hes more sensitive to that number than other cats. Especially because his curves are so flat. So I am still considering raising his reduction number also.
He also has been surfing low for a few days so felt a reduction was in our midst soon. I’m interested to see how he does the next couple days.

I found with Max I needed to intervene with mc if his bg was dropping early in the cycle. He was carb sensitive except when he dropped early. I fed the curve most days. I’d stop feeding if he was level earlier than when he kept dropping. Experiment and see what works for you.

Egon ate poorly the night before yesterday, 2 meals were uneaten out of the 3, but theres really nothing yesterday that was out of the ordinary that I noted that would cause the hypo symptoms. He ate all three meals during the day. And he’s been around 50 at Pmps before without these symptoms. So the lack of clarity makes me nervous because I’m not exactly sure what to look for to feed him. I guess I can try to feed the curve up to around 60 and try to hold that for a week but that still doesn’t help me being nervous about the drops towards 50 now…
