Is that all your vet did and they took in-house? Can you please put all the values in his lab tab? You’ve got some but you missed alot of the important ones.

If you can also put on the lab tab at the top under the date if they were in-house labs or sent to IDEXX or Antech. This is important because of the difference in normal ranges. For example, most labs will have the upper limit of Ca as 10.8. This lab has 11.8. That is a substantial difference so it’s difficult to compare apples to apples. Normally, if I saw a Ca level of 11.3 as his is, I’d say you need to have more testing done because that’s really high. His potassium is just a bit low; for a CKD cat, you don’t want it below 4 generally but I have no idea what it might be if run at a lab.

I put what all I saw that the name matched what’s was on the lab tab, I’m not sure where they all go
In house tests

Gizmo was low on potassium. I tried just about everything to get him up. He would take the supplement for a bit and then wouldn't. Never improved much but didn't get worse by much either.

CBC test isn't listed. I would. If you want to see the mess I made, check out Gizmo's lab tab :rolleyes:
Yes it is. It’s just listed as WBC, RBC, HCT, and HGB then further down are the platelets, neutrophils, eosinophils, etc. Those have always been on there ;)

So am I supposed to add lines for things that aren’t on the ss for the bloodwork?
yes but I believe everything is on there that your labs have. CK is the same as CPK.
