+11 166. (Also posted in PROZINC section)

Holy cow! I have no idea what I should do. He is 166 at +11. We are going out of town tonight.
My options are:
1: Feed him then test/shoot in 2 hours like we did this morning.
2: Feed him and give him a dose now.
I have no idea what dose. I would be here for 2 hours after his shot if I do it at +12.
If I do option 1 I will be here 1 hour after his shot.
I feel like option 1 is better but would probably lower the dose a bit from this mornings shot.

DH has decided we need to do option 1. It's snowing and we have to leave earlier than we expected. I'm going to feed him now and shoot in 2 hours.

I would think it would be better if he were a little higher from a lower dose than drop too low on same dose. I would have done the same thing that you did.
