Good morning LL and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

Sunny start for Tarragon today after some more greens last night. I am looking forward to the weekend so I can get some more spot checks during the day. We seem to be in a blue - gree - bounce pattern right now. All 5 p's present. Happy furry purry guy all snuggled in his bed when I left.

Big weekend in Tulsa with the Route 66 marathon. There will be about 15,000 runners in town between the 5K, half marathon, marathon, and marathon relay. I run Saturday morning in the 5K and DH runs Sunday in the half marathon. My goal next year is the half and DH wants to do the full so training starts Monday. :lol:

Nice night last night for T! I'm sure this little bounce will be history in no time.

Good luck with tomorrow's 5K...and with training for the half and full marathons :shock: ! I love exercising, but for me to actual distance run, it'll be because someone big and scary is chasing me, so more power to you guys!!!

Morning Melissa and Tarragon looking good. Good luck with the 5K run tomorrow and also training for the Half Marathon and to your DH, too. I admire anyone who can do long distance running. Happy TGIF and have a great day.

Good morning Melissa. I'm sure Tarragon will clear his bounce and get back down to the blue/green zone for you.
Good luck on the run for you and DH. Be sure you load up on the correct carbs before race time and if you hit the wall pace yourself through it. Have a great day.

Tarragon has been doing great lately. Yay for the end of allergy season! Good luck on the run! I was never a runner, but I've done lots of centuries on my bike. The carb loading is the best part! :lol: :lol:

So neat to hear how well T. is doing lately. More blues and greens, please, Mr. T.!

Have a great race tomorrow. I hope the weather will be good for the race. Is it all on Rt. 66?
