Ripley is doing well, despite her higher-than-expected numbers.
She's eating her breakfast, and acting fine/normal.

Tonight will be her last dose of Clavamox AB. Even though it's pill-form (rather than sweetened liquid), I'm curious if her numbers will improve after tonight.
Also, she got a dosecrease Thurs night, so perhaps it's taking a few cycles to settle in, or NDW. If there's isn't improvement (or if there's a gradual increase in numbers nailbite_smile ) it may mean another course of ABs. I hope her infection (dx'd 10/29) is gone and not trying to make a come-back.

I'm leaving this morning for a trip ~ I'll be back Wed night. DH is BIC ~ he probably won't post here, but I'll try to do some 'remote' posting and checking in. He's pretty good about updating Ripley's SS. She's in good hands .

Ripley feeling good is what's most important. Many prayers that the nasty infection is completely gone, and that the slightly higher numbers are just a combination of NDW, meds, new syringes, and Ripley just needing to re-settling in.

Yay on the last dose of Clavamox tonight. I hope the infection is gone and Ripley's numbers improve. Have a safe trip. How nice that DH can test while you're gone.

Have a great time on your trip Josie! I'm sure Ripley is going to settle into this dose for you, there is just so many changed factors it could take a couple days. I hope you will come home to your GREEN kitty :mrgreen:

At least we know DaddyBean will have a lot of 'talk time' with Ripley while you're gone Josie. You will have a full weeks menu planned :lol:

(I, too, was cracking up, Amy -- I think you pretty much summed up Ripley's & DH's Caturday :lol: )

Just spoke w/DH -- he said all is well at home. Ripley had quite an appetite and started her squinty-eyed stares (aka fuds telepathy) about 90 mins before t/f/s. Happy appy is always a good thing. And her PMPS looks much better than her AMPS. Which is also a good thing.
