Yeah! He was at 52 at +8 - 4AM, so I gave him a tiny reduction from .75 to fat .50 knowing he wasn't at nadir, but my neighbors decided to party till 4 AM so when they shut it down, I tested and went to bed.
There was a time I would have beat their door in at 1am, but I decided I'll file a formal, written complaint with the manager on Monday. That crap is not allowed here. They have specific rules that must be followed or you're outa here. I've been here going on 5 yrs and seen several get evicted. Since they have inspections 5-6 times a year, they'll toss you if your apt is not acceptable too. It don't take a whole lot to get thrown out of here. Since we are almost always at 100%, there are always others on the waiting list to get in.
I just don't know what makes someone think they can party all night when there are other people on the opposite wall that are trying to sleep. This is an apt building! Have some respect. Want to party all night, move to a house! Geeez!
