After PMPS, J.D. was acting a little out of it. He got his fluids, but I held off on the bupe as I have been told to do when he is acting out of it. What he did, was at first he walked slowly and then laid down, and then later when I stood him up, he would lay right down. He always scares me when he does this. I don't know if it's too much walking or the laser therapy he got yesterday, or just such a big day yesterday with all the walk, and bath and acupuncture and laser therapy.
By around +5.25 he was walking around slowly again, so I gave him his bupe. He was walking better this morning, but he did poo a softish poo, but nice size. We went for one walk this morning, and I am about to take him out for one more short walk, and then we're off to tbp. The vet was aiming the laser at his belly. That wouldn't hurt him, would it?

J.D. could use some feel better vines today.

Sending tons of healing better vines for J.D. I wouldn't think that the laser treatment on his belly would hurt him. Unfortunately, we don't have any experience with laser treatments on our babies. I hope that someone that does can help answer your question. Hang in there, Dyana. :YMHUG: You're doing an amazing job with him. :-D

Hope J.D. gets to feeling better today, glad he was up to some walking, that's a good sign. Sounds like yesterday was a very busy day, hopefully he was just a bit tired from it all and some rest last night rejuvenates him.

I'm glad he was up and walking this morning. I also have no experience with acupuncture or laser treatmens (except my eyes :lol: ). Perhaps, if it concerns you, you can call the vet tomorrow and ask.

He's laying at my feet under my desk and sometimes farting and sometimes snoring a little. He's not asleep, just resting laying down with his head up and looking around.
He's pretty confined in a small area, so I try to get him out to stretch his legs a little before we leave the house, thus two walks this morning, in the cold, with his jacket on.

Sending feel better vines for JD. I think about my mom and how she has good days and bad days and I would imagine that a 20 year old cat is the same...some days are better than others. Some days, maybe he has a few more aches and pains. You're doing great with him!! I hope he's quite chipper tomorrow!
