Good morning,
AMPS 162 shooting 2.75u
I was considering a dosecrease this morning but something held me back. I'll see what he does today.
Boomer ate well last night, leaving just a bit in his +6 and +9.
It's been a week since we said goodbye to our Allen. He was such a good boy! He was very much DH's little buddy and as soon as DH sat down on the couch Allen would be up on his chest making dough (usually resulting in a thread snag in DH's shirt) and giving hugs (also known as head butts) leaving hair all over Dh's chin/nose lol. Allen liked to lurk in the dark hallway outside our bedroom door in the morning and almost killed us on several occasions
Allen was our "walmart greeter" and liked to greet and make friends with everyone that came in our door. He and Boomer had a love/hate relationship. He would be laying on the desk, bed, or in a box and Boomer of course would decide he needed to sit there. And Allen would move, usually without a fight although the fur did fly on a few occasions! But in the last few weeks I caught them laying together (only a few inches apart) several times; maybe Boomer was trying to comfort Allen or just wanted to spend time with his friend knowing Allen's time was drawing near. DH and I miss Allen terribly but we know that there have been times over the last 1.5 years when Allen wasn't feeling very well and we are happy to know he is no longer in pain and no longer has to put up with all the meds and the fluids he had to endure over the last 1.5 years.
Thank you again for all your prayers, condolences, hugs and support!

Today we woke up to about 4 inches of snow
but it's stopped falling, at least for now. I haven't even looked at the weather yet this morning to see if the sun is expected to come out at all....if it does then I may go out for a photo walk later.
Today's photo was taken several weeks ago at Port Stanley on Lake Erie and is of a Black-Tailed Gull.
