That was a bit of a wake up call for an AMPS! I hope Tess levels off somewhere safe and surfs for you.

Getting over jet lag/time changes is such a challenge, especially when you have a schedule to keep. I'm glad you're getting back to normal.

I must have missed something - where can I find this syringe spreadsheet Ella mentioned? You are always so good at figuring this stuff out, Ann! :-D

Wow, and love the BG's today. What a great blue cycle. Can I hope for the same tonight? At least no PJ party? Just a nice safe blue?
