He tried to dip into low #s today!
at +2 202 I fed 0.5 oz 9% carb food
then at +3 137 I fed 0.8 oz 16% carb food

the 16% food may have been a little much but I was concerned at how little effect the 9% had. Next time Ill try the 13% carb food I have instead.
All in all a good learning experience and he seems to be surfing in low blue #'s now so.....score!

hopefully he wont bounce too high from that.....*fingers Crossed*

Hi Michele..

I would think if he was gonna bounce off the 16% he would have done so already...probably by AM+5....? Usually food leaves their little systems quite quickly....a few hours maybe.... The gravy in the 16% surely should of spiked his BG rather quickly... I'm anxious to see where he's at at PMPS...and will check back a little later.

His dive was a little quick, but those blue numbers sure are lovely!!!

awesome, and only two days after his last blue too.

The food thing is going to be an experiment, so just keep notes and learn from whatever happens.

I thought he might bounce off the lower #s not necessarily the food Kat. Ive seen him spend most of the day in yellow #s (not that low) and some time around ps his liver decides that that is completely unacceptable and kicks him into the high reds for the whole next cycle and pinks into the cycle after that. Hoping for a less dramatic response this time. so far so good...at +8 he is at 194 still!
