Good morning,
Yesterdays' condo
11/13 AMPS=137; +2=171; +8.5=166
11/13 PMPS=180; +2=146; +4=146
11/14 AMPS=139; +2=157; +9.75=187
11/14 PMPS=209; +2=160
Lucy is feeling OK, and her appetite was fine in the beginning but decreased.
I've been noticing something.
Since we started bupe, she starts off eating happy.
And about 2/3 into her first portion of meal, she is not so interested any more.
And by the 2nd and 3rd meals, she turns her nose away from her usual Wellness Turkey, so I have been giving her Wellness Turkey & Salmon for the 2nd and 3rd portions of the meal.
At first, I thought this had something to do with bupe schedule, and that's why I've buped her every 8 hours since yesterday, to make sure that the effect stays strong.
But she was the same this morning.
It's almost like eating makes her feel bad - I'm not sure what kind of "bad" though... pain? nausea?
I haven't changed her food - same usual Wellness stuff.
:?: Maybe when some food is in, her pancreas starts trying to do it's job, and makes the pain from pancreatitis worse?
Does this make sense?
If so, this will be an indication for me on when to adjust the bupe dose/schedule.
I am going to do 0.2cc every 8 hours today again. :?:
I hope everyone's having a nice day.
