Good morning.
I overslept, and woke up with a start at 25 minutes late. I ran to the kitchen half awake, and it took almost 10 minutes as I went through about 20? Units of Insulin and 2 syringes, trying to get a dose without those %$*# bubbles.
I then tested, gave his shot, and fed the starving beasts. J.D. is bouncing from his greens yesterday. He got to eat most of his breffis, before Ginger finished hers and went to help J.D. clean his bowl. Maybe, that's why they were fighting last night?

J.D. asked to go outside (by batting at the umbrella hanging from the door knob) right after eating. I opened the door and let him out. It is freezing cold outside. I checked on him after about 3 minutes, and he was ready to come back into the warm house.

I feel like such a putz. When I have these 3 day weekends, I'm hopeful to see how he does while I'm not home and at tbp. Whatever. Now, I have to wait another 2 weeks :roll: for my next 3 day weekend.
Coffee is on ~O) Hopefully, he'll break his bounce quickly.

Ginger and JD were fighting last night!! Oh my, whatever got into those two? It's so cold and raining here that none of the kitties want to venture outside so far. I don't blame them...I don't want to either!
Gosh, two weeks before getting a weekend off...Don't you get Thanksgiving off?
We are off Thanksgiving and the day after and I took the day off before, so I'll be off 5 days.
I hope you enjoy your day, Dyana...give the kids some scritches for me!

My mum told me dat you got our prezzie yesterday and I was so cited! I knew you would just lub it! I tried to get Ralph to climb in da box before me mumz taped it shut, but he wasn't playing dat game, :lol: :lol: Oh, and deer soaps are dem tings dat dey watch about Lubs in de afternoon. Dey watch da Young and da Restofus and Days ob our Lives....silly beans..... See you later, buddy!....Spot

I was going to comment on how J.D. gets out of his bed and comes to me and jumps up on the couch (the testing spot) when he sees me getting out the glucometer. And then, it took me 6 (six!) pokes (all right next to each other) to get a blood droplet big enough for a test. He got lots of extra lovins for putting up with me. :-D
Then, I was going to say how I don't always give J.D. treats, but often just give him lovins for test time rewards, but he jumped onto the coffee table where the treats were sitting, so I relented. But, I first gave Ginger two treats, and J.D. stole one of hers, so I got back at him by throwing him a treat into his empty birthday present box (the one Spot tried to put Ralph into) :lol: . J.D. is not a box person -type-of-guy (Ginger LOVES boxes, but J.D. could care less), but he jumped right in to retrieve the treat, and I made him do it twice. I am soo mean :twisted:

Maybe, some yellows coming up :-D

Hope the rest of your day turns out better than it started. :smile: Hope J.D's #'s come down for you. Oh and I love the unbrella trick too. Smart kitty.

And we have green :mrgreen: I just fed him a little bit, and we're headed outside before the sun disappears.
J.D. and Ginger were just in a big ole fight again :YMSIGH:
