Cleo has 4 P's in place this morning. Appy was so-so until I opened the right can. Love how she walks to food bowl, sniffs it, then walks to edge of counter looking at me, with a look that says, "Wrong ~ keep trying"

Looks like the dosecrease threat worked :mrgreen: Wish I was home today to test, but I will leave out ALOT of food. DH is off today, so he can check on her and maybe grab a test or two. He will at least look under the bed and make sure she looks alert and moving.

It is pretty cold out here today, and it looks like Cleo has already retreated to under the bed. That means I have lost my catio advantage for a +2. :? Will have to think of a back up plan!

Good morning Jane. Whew that dh can check Cleo today for you :smile: Maybe get him a little flashlight for a stocking stuffer :lol: I know exactly what you mean by the wrong food! Lately I have been opening 4 to 5 cans if different flavor ff for the civies and they all just walk from dish to dish with a look of distaste...brats. when I get home all the food is gone so either they break down and eat, or Rockford is going to start looking really chubby :lol: Have a great day Jane and surf safe for your mamabean Cleo. Good Morning Jane ... That is so true about the stares we get from our babies when we don't do something right ...it's like they are saying really??? :lol:

At least you can get your DH to help with the testing, I am still working on my DH :roll:

Thank you DH for being home to catch this :-D He says that Cleo ate about 1 tsp of gravy on top of 1 tsp of LC, and is back out patrolling the catio. He will try to test again, and give her another gravy treat when she comes back in for another snack.

Can't wait for my calipers to arrive, .75U is tougher to draw up.

Jane, you need a little hiking headlamp for when you have to crawl under the bed to give a test!! It will leave your hands free.

Good luck with the calipers. I think they are wonderful. (I also use my headlamp when measuring with the calipers--makes a big difference.)

Hi guys .. wow, look at that +3.75! Looks like Cleo is meaning business today :-D When it became shot time around here, we had to shut all doors to keep mocha out in the open .. even then it was a battle getting that insulin into her! Have a great day guys!

That was a short lived dosecrease :-D Keep working the joose Cleo!!
I have to laugh about when we say it's cold here and then you read a condo that says it's -16 degrees :shock:
I'll take my cold anyday :lol: And of course it only lasts for a couple of days :-D

looking great! i loved your comment about having lost the "catio advantage!" i immediately knew what you meant - we have a strange lingo on here! :lol:
