Chester has been at 0.75u for 7 full days, 14 cycles. If I remember correctly that would warrant him a .25u reduction.

You are missing a bunch of tests - you really really really want to get at least one test per cycle plus the preshots to make sure you don’t miss a reduction for going under 50 and keep him safe. Also, we can’t be sure that he stayed green to earn a 7 days in green reduction - but I suspect that he did and would go ahead with the reduction to .5U
