11/13 Talbot Oldtimer

Hi All!

Talbot is doing well, playing and cleaning and talking. He likes to get my attention by jumping on the back of the couch and then try to walk on the railing. He's not as steady as he was when he was younger so it does get my attention!

His numbers have been high and I've upped his dose a bit. Still high. I know my SS doesn't have enough info to help much. DH has been on a crusade to save strips. I've tried to explain about the extra info I get from testing more but he's just sure it won't make a difference after three years. So I test at night when his pre-shot number is lower so he's safe at night. DH says even a low number doesn't matter because he's be high in the morning. Yeah, a bounce I say. Glad DH didn't go into medicine although then he might at least know more than he thinks he knows, hehe

Tons of wet snow here. Wish I didn't have to go out until May. ;-)

Hope Talbot's #'s come down for you. Glad he's playing and doing all that talking. And of course keeping your attention with his walking on the railing.

Wet snow, we had some of that this past monday. I'm with you on staying in till may.

Hi Melinda, nice to see you and Talbot around! It's nice to hear that he is doing well and still getting your attention. I can totally understand your husband wanting to save strips, but unfortunately, it's not much of an option for us is it. I hope Talbot comes down for you.

I'm sure that after 3 years you can tell when to save strips and when not to. Then again, your boy has always been full of surprises...

Nice to see you and Talbot. Perhaps he (Talbot) wants to be a tight rope walker. After all, LL has moon walker, deep sea divers so his tight rope walking would be unique. Have a good weekend. Wish I could send some of our warm weather.

We remember Talbot!!! been looking at different condos and I'm glad he is still around and keeping you on your toes ;-)

DH tells me the same about testing and all that....I just ignore him think of it...they ignore us too...their attention span is pretty short so i use that to my advantage sometimes lol
