@Wendy&Neko I'm going away for four days. I have a cat sitter who is a vet tech. But she won't be able to check him during the day. Kim of Kim and Gus suggested that rather than try to teach her to give the tiny drop dose, we just skip. She can track his am and pm numbers, and test for ketones if necessary. If we have to go back on insulin for a little while after that, no big deal. If he shows nice numbers during those four days, probably just roll that into his OTJ trial. Perhaps a little premature, but his timing stinks trying to go into remission this week.
 
He did eat extra dinner because he kept bugging me and bullying other cats away from their food.

But dang it. He had since an nice flat day.
