No sleep last night and a long day today only to come home to purple bouncing :cry: Again :roll:
At least the high numbers make Twice happy.

Gonna try to snap out of this 'oh woe is me' crap and hopefully visit some condos later. Truly hope everyone had a good day. :-D
 
Amazing how much pink/purple can affect our moods. Looking at how are cats are feeling does help. On the up side, Twice got a deduction last night so a little bounce is to be expected. And as a bonus, good chance you might be able to catch up on some much needed sleep tonight! Have a great evening Kim.
 
Bounces are no fun...but congrats on the reducie! Work it Twice....make MamaBean smile!! But...let her get some sleep, too...a little balance here, OK?

Bounces stink, but they do allow us beans to get to bed a little earlier to prepare for the next low, that brings about the next bounce, that allows us to get to bed a little earlier to ..........................oh, you know what I mean :lol: :lol:

Hi Kim,

I know how you feel. Funny when our cats are green & blue we're elated & everything's right with the world. Pink or (ugh!) red can be a real downer.

But - looking at your SS, Twice has made a huge improvement in just the last 3 weeks! Look at all the pinks & red when you started Lantus. Now, there is much less pink, and much more green & blue.

Like others said, bouncing means Twice's liver is functioning & doing what its supposed to do - that's a good thing. Healing takes time - it took Twice awhile to get where he is & it'll take time for his body to re-adjust to the lower BGs again. But he's coming around! Look at how far you've come, pat yourself on the back for a job well done, & take advantage of the higher numbers & get some extra ZZZZZs tonight!

I hope Twice clears the bounce quickly!

It's interesting that the high numbers makes him feel happy. :shock:
Lucy never ever felt good in/above higher yellow, even before her body got used to lower numbers.
It truly is ECID.....
