Btw, whenever you feed higher carbs, HC or MC, make a note in the comments of your SS. That's useful data to look back on to see how much carbs she needed at what point in the cycle and how she responded to them.

At +2 I fed 1 TB of lc and 1 TB of hc. At +3 I fed 1 TB of lc and whatever hc was on the spoon....not really measurable...
