Have to run a curve today on Alphatrak to satisfy the vet so I can get a refill script on syringes-almost out. Will use both meters if I can get enough blood.

If you can't get enough blood for both meters and since you have to make the Vet happy, you can just note on the SS that today's readings are on AT.

I was thinking one of the 8%. Or mix teaspoon of MC and LC. I have all the food stock listed in another tab in my spreadsheet if you want to see if there’s something better

I fed natural balance 16% cause I knew he’d eat it

He of course didn’t want to eat the 8% flavor, so I got out the 16% and gave him just a little bit, then he went for the spoon of 8%, so probably 1.5 tbs

You shouldn't need a refill script for syringes.... is that an Indiana thing? I'm in Oregon, I've purchased Walmart's ReliOn brand syringes without a script before and lately I've been buying sryinges from Amazon without any scripts. I really like the UltiCare VetRx syringes, they have half unit markings as well.

Note: kinda spendy though... 60 count box for $17.

As per ADW diabetes (www.adwdiabetes.com), you require a script for syringes only in NY, NJ, NH, ME, CT and IL.

He's flat since +1.5 and I think it's more than 2 hours since you fed higher carbs? If yes, you're good for bed.

Yeah, my vet keeps asking me if I want scripts written out for sryinges... so confused why they don't know it's not necessary, you think they'd know. I just smile and decline.
