Oh today's off to a BANNER START.
River tried to bite me while I was giving her the shot — I bent the damn needle! Oy. I've had a week of great injections, but hello Monday!

So, we jumped to 1.75u this morning, but time will tell whether that actually got into her.

Crap happens! With time you will learn to be so quick at it, River won't even notice. Just wondering if you are/have tried shooting while she has her face planted in her food bowl? A lot of folks do shots while they are eating to keep them distracted and relatively still.

Yes. She was pretty skittish this morning and didn't seem as hungry as usual (I'M WATCHING HER), so getting her by her food bowl wasn't as easy as it normally is. I'm also giving her antibiotics right now so she expects those and is really sick of them.

She's been on them for almost 2 weeks. (But also, we're nearly finished with them!)

Also, she's always kind of a punk
