I don't like how high Panzer's numbers were yesterday or today. We were at the end of the insulin glargine vial so I decided to start him on the Lantus solo star pen. My questions are...Do I need to change that in his signature & do I need to have a spreadsheet profesional put that on my spreadsheet? He had insulin glargine @ AMPS but he had insulin from the Lantus solo star pen @ PMPS.
 
If you want to just change it in your signature, you can just leave glargine and put/lantus and date . I'll tag Bhooma and see what she thinks about noting it on your SS. She will probably see this tomorrow :bighug::bighug::bighug::cat:

You've changed from a Lantus vial to a pen? Or have you switched from a Glargine generic like Basaglar or Semglee to Lantus? If it's the former, you don't need to change anything. Some people add a note in the comments saying "Started a new pen" or something like that.

Panzer isn't feeling well this morning. I'm pretty sure he's the one that puked up a little bit of liquid in a few different places before AMPS feeding. I didn’t see it until after the feeding so I only gave him a fourth of an ondansetron @ AMPS feeding. I ended up having to use a whole packet of fortiflora on his AMPS feeding & he didn't even finish it, so I broke out the chunky chicken & gave him a little bit of that to make up what he didn’t eat @ AMPS. Spook also had to have Fortiflora on his food but only once. I put mirataz on both of there ears at +1 AMPS. They both ate there +3 snack which was more of the chunky chicken. Panzer's #s are slowly coming down, I may give him the other fourth of an ondansetron @ PMPS feeding it just depends on how he does with eating up to that point.
