? 11/12 Molly AMPS 275 Question

When to increase when yesterday at +6 she was good. Went uphill from there. If I do increase she hasn’t had this dosage for a long time.

Looks to me like Molly might be coming back down a bit. Not sure what that pink blip last night was all about! It looks like maybe she bounced from that blue mid cycle. I'd see what she does today and then consider an increase when you can monitor.

Bowels OK? What about her asthma? Could just be her reaction to the low and high BGs too. She had a nice run of green and blue BGs so the yellows and pink may be starting to feel a bit more foreign to her.

Her bowels might be it. Her asthma has been good, better than last week. I kinda thought it might be from the BGs. She came in this morning to cuddle and was purring up a storm. See how she is at lunch time.

By TR standards, she has been on this dose a long time “hold for 6-10 cycles if nadirs are less than 200”. You have now held for 14 cycles. Time for that increase.

Ok so increase for tonight? 1.25? kinda upset she's going up for dosage instead of down.

Just means she hasn't hit a breakthrough dose yet. Besides, Molly is on a fairly small dose so far.
