Today marks another reduction! Charlie's been doing so well, I'm getting anxious to see him start his OTJ, post-shot life (perhaps by 12/17).

I don't believe in luck, so I'm not worried about a jinx. I'm just thrilled that my lovey boy's journey has been eased with the help of this awesome community.

UPDATE
Charlie's +5 was 47/50 (quick retest) is puzzling. Wouldn't less insulin (reduction today) mean, if he was going rogue, that his BG should be higher rather than low?

He's fine, gave him some LC food (he's usually food reactive) and will retest in 15 just to be sure nothing hinky's going on.

No, it's the 1.5 unit depot talking today. Telling you that one way or another Charlie was tired of that dose!

The larger depot impacts 4-6 cycles after a reduction. Which can be a good thing, and a bad thing.
