No butterflies in the grass, but how about some cows?

(Yeah, I know, Autumn is not OTJ but it's the quickest picture I could grab that had green grass in it. ) ;-)

ROFL and probably more fitting for a Nebraska cat in November. Cows we got, green grass we still have but any butterflies are either plastic or popsicles. lol

Yeah, I don't see Lucian attending that party either, at least not in the next couple days.

Not to shabby considering onset normally around +5-ish for her, now to see where she goes the rest of the day.

Yeah, that's why I don't test before +8 or so, don't want to see how high he really goes. :o  Outa sight, outa mind!

Now if he's 400+, I know he's going WAY high, so I give the R to prevent it, but usually don't test during the first 6 hrs or so. Just don't wanna know! I know, that's awful.

I do that same thing! If he's already been running really high at nadir, I just don't want to know how much higher he's going till his next shot time.

About the only reason I test her at +6 is because when she was still on Lantus and Musette was alive she got trained she was to go to her testing spot to be poked before she got lunch. Now she runs to her testing spot and waits for her pokey pokes even if I set down her food she won't move until she gets tested. lol

If I don't test her she'd starve waiting for me then chew me out because she's missed lunch. Sigh just who has who trained?

Mikey is similar. He associates "food" with "test" so if I set down his food without testing him, he'll follow me around or go to his testing spot and wait for me to come test him. Sometimes I'll even pick him up and put him directly in front of his food if I'm not needing/wanting to test him and he'll still wait for me. ohmygod_smile
