Bummed to be at work when most of the US is having a holiday :coffee::coffee:

We WILL be switching to Levemir tonight. DH is kindly doing all the t/f/s but is still using the dregs of the old Lantus vial:banghead:

I opened one of the pens and there is a small white nub at the end of the teal part that has the window into the vial. Is that white nub where you poke with the syringe needle? It looks pretty small.
 
Good luck with the switch. I watched with interest when Cobb was switched and the change was amazing. At that time Max was a rainbow and I was thinking of switching as well but I couldn't figure out a time to shoot based on the often late nadirs. Then he stopped being a rainbow kitty.
 
Paws crossed for Lev. Hyde will onset later on Levemir, so that +2 just means the Lev hasn't started to work yet. You are back in data gathering mode. What is the onset and what is the nadir? A +3 and +4 might be interesting. Neko doesn't onset until after +5, but she's fashionably late for everything. :rolleyes:
 
I see Hyde has turned the corner and started down. :)But later than with Lantus, so there's a good chance R will be easier to use at preshot.
