Not TOO high of a bounce for my crazy bouncy OTJ kitty. And not as much of a drop as I like to see, but hopefully it's just a random blip. Nothing new to report...all the usuals are in place: happy appy, snuggly kitty, spunkiness intact.
Her SS, however, is driving me crazy. For awhile, it has been crapping out on me - it'll sit on "saving" for a while, then decide to generate an error and lose all the data I entered. So far I still have not been successful in getting yesterday's info in there. I use lots of "adult language" when I talk about her SS these days!
I'm also getting a little stressed because the lactated ringer's shortage is even worse now that it was earlier this year. No one has them, and the price is absolutely skyrocketing for when they do come back in. It's disgusting. This is one of the most basic medical supplies out there - there is NO excuse for this. We're set for a while longer, but just because I know there is a shortage issue, I'm trying to track some down NOW, before we end up in trouble.
Does anyone have any secret LRS sources they are willing to share? ValleyVet, Drs Foster and Smith are definitely out of stock, and I can't tell from Thriving Pets website if they're out of stock or not, but even if they aren't out of stock, they are ranging from $10-$15 per bag. None of my local pharmacies are able to get them for me.
And this hasn't been a problem for a while, but the last few nights, Zen has been very "active" during the night, asking to be let in and out and in and out and in and out of the bedroom, and when he's been "settled" in the bedroom, he's right in my face and tapping my nose and mouth with his sharply clawed paw. I'm very tired and cranky this morning.....
But...it's time for work - yay  ! Have a great day, LL!
