Rosie went to the vet yesterday for follow-up blood work. While they confirmed she gained 1 lb in the last 2 weeks, she still has constipation so it is hard to know how much of this is body weight and how much of this is waste.

I am anxiously awaiting an update regarding her blood test and will update her labs tab when I have the report.

fingers crossed for good BW!
(Touching the wood) Ducia rarely got constipated and I attribute it (at least partially) to the fact that we always add clippings of fresh organic wheatgrass to her meals - just a little. She also is allowed to chew on the grass after meals - grass act like extra fiber and in combination with extra water in her foods could act like natural laxative - MHO, only. Some kitties were reported having allergies to fresh grass, thou. I buy mine at a local grocery store, never had an issue.

Thanks @Tanya and Ducia. Great idea on the kitty grass. I haven't had any in the house lately, but it is logical it could help with her digestion. At this point, I'll try anything. Thank you!
