Good Morning LL!
(YUM! I Love coffee!), and Happy First Day of Fall!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! Lola and Bug are very busy resting.... They say Sunday is sleep in day... well ok then! so. well. anyways.
Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Ethiopia. For my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls....... SWEET!, and perfect for a fall day. OH! No worries, a dollop of orange and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts standard with every delivery!
I hope everyone had a great Caturday. Mine was catch up day, and I didn't get alot done, just shopping. I didn't even cleaned up Lola's plant and dirt mess from yesterday... instead I went to my DD's . They bought a new TV, which meant moving the furniture, which meant big pieces of furniture, which meant well we should paint, which meant: HELP! so I went and helped. I'm not too sure how helpful I really was, short of keeping the boys occupied while dad got things prepped etc for painting. LOL: all this work because of a new TV.  It was fun though. Nicholas got to take me to the store, and I discovered a wonderful locally grow produce place near their home. omg.... I'd shop their all the time if they were closer. Gorgeous produce! Nicholas was in little kid heaven yesterday - he got to help dad paint. That was fun. He was so good at listening to the rules, like on the drop cloth only, roller on the wall only, no hands in the paint.... he did really well. we only has one hand-print on the wall.   This I will share just because it was so darn funny.... We stopped at Starbucks on the way out of the store: one of their shops that they have a store entrances. I guess Erin had introduced him to Frappuccinos a while back. In her words: I've created a 2 year old Starbucks monster.  So... she orders this venti frap, java chocolate chip, complete with a mountain high "dollop"of whip on the top, chocolate drizzle abounded. And I'll be darned: Nicholas latched onto that thing, would not share, and that straw never left his mouth until all that frap was gone.      Well, it was funny. We kept hearing this slurp slurp slurp.... Per Nicholas: "mommy this frappuccino (yes he used the correct word) is mine. You need to get your own, ok?"

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!
It was such a quiet day here yesterday for the kitties...and spent most of the day sleeping. I'm really not too surprised, as the weather turned awful after a nice start: drizzle by noon. What better things is there to do but nap. Smart kitties! Lola and Bug also latched onto the shopping bags after I came back from the store. Sure didn't take them long to rip them apart.   Elsa ventured out once, but didn't stay long. She's really not a fan of cold, unless sun is involved. I still need to clean up after Lola's latest plant adventure.... Maybe I should just leave it, as she hasn't been back since she made the mess,... hmmmm.. maybe natural deterrent! maybe. She's sound asleep on my lap as I type this. Such a sweetie girl when she's down and out. Normalcy in MusketeerVille? Guess so!
Have a great day everyone! I'm not too sure what will be here today. I had hoped to hike, but the weather report is not all that favorable, even snow in the forecast for the mountains, close to a foot or so. Well... we shall see what the next few hours look like, then decide. I may wait until monday when there are sun rumors... An out and about for sure, but I think it will be local... It might be a good day just to stay put. We shall see! Besides... all that I didn't so yesterday due my spending time with Erin Jason Nicholas and William still sits here..... waiting.....
