We're using Mr. Green again this morning! AMPS was just a tinge of blue - let's stay there today Pook! He's not eaten much, is hollering for hard food - even tried to climb the side of my antique treadle sewing machine to see if he could get his jar down. It's empty, no EVO dry right now - no one here carries it, shipping is as much as a small bag so doesn't seem like the right thing to do for our budget. I can make a small bag last 2 months, definitely not overfeeding that...he gets 10-15 pieces at a time when we DO have it. The large bag will last us months!

CELEBRATE WITH US!!! Another little innocent looking envelope arrived from Flagstaff yesterday - Grams Liz strikes again!!! This time it has several places it needs to go...not sure which pile will get it yet. THANK YOU LIZ!! You'll never know just what your gifts mean to us and how much of an impact it makes!!!

Winter storm is heading our way later today - right now it's 70 degrees but by 6pm, we're supposed to be down near freezing. I spent yesterday caulking, putting up a/c covers, replacing weatherstripping and finding the insulation for outside pipes. The lake water is still warm which will add moisture to the air when it arrives....fog and drizzle. All I need to do today is put up 'cat door' covers and move last of big plants into protected areas.

What a lovely start to your day. I hope you surf green today and that body just keeps healing!

Lyresa- yep, the cold is coming your way. We have had snow showers off and on all morning. Nothing of substance but cold. Your ring is beautiful. Ironically, it looks almost exactly like my wedding band that DH and I designed. :smile:

What a nice surprise today! Getting a gift and then having a beautiful AMPS to top it off! Today must be your lucky day. :razz: You must have been very good. From the list of chores you did already, it sounds like it. :lol:

I can't get Evo brand here either. I wanted to try their canned food but can't get it. I wonder why it's so hard to get. They must have a high minimum or something.

Gave tbsp FF gravy food at +3.5/66 as need to slow this train down - still hours until nadir. Then...+4/53 - didn't stop so another tbsp gravy MIXED with LC (1:3) and drop of karo mixed with LC on top. He's being silly....racing up and down the hall with fuzzed tail and raised scruff, grin on his face. History tells me that he doesn't react overly bad with Karo..

Marje, THANK YOU! I see that her Pepper is going to probably give her the same fits KT does me when he doesn't eat at night. Glad you're there supporting her thru her first lows! It's SO comforting

Karen - BRRRRR!!! Why didn't you just KEEP it? I wouldn't mind!

Melanie - yeah, it stinks that it's not more widely distributed.

Oh aren't we having a beautiful run today! LOOK at those greens!!! Trouble is it's propped up with 2/3 can HC AND drop of Karo. Neither of those are showing with a rise SO....if those weren't there, he'd be well below 50.
