Happy Friday L&L,

Nice numbers for Ducia lately, esp @night. Will work on improving, though.

After many calls and emails to my vet I finally got a word that the IDEXX Lab "lost" Ducia's sample or mixed it all up in some other fashion (bullocks, the vet screwed it up) but in any case there won't be SDMA results for us this time. Vet offered free of charge sample draw repeat which I accepted. I felt so angry about it I didn't return their calls right away nor did I feel like posting here being in a wrong mood ..

We'll go for an appointment in a couple of weeks and I'll try to make my vet to give me a good discount on another BW, perhaps full GI panel?.. I mean if to draw a sample again at all ...We'll see...

Asia and Ducia are twinning today, Asia's AMPS was 238

That's awful they lost her blood! It's no small amount for a cat, either, it takes them a spelll to build back up from a blood draw so I'm glad you're waiting it out a bit. I say go for the full panel if you can get it, make it worth your time and effort!

I know, right, especially for post anemic Ducia - I was really mad to hear about sample loss .

I see Asia is having some down movement already - wishing you both good cycle! I am going to feed Ducia some high-ish LC at +1 and +2 to keep her Yellow flatty today - the same gave her very nice AM cycle on the 11/09. But who knows how it'll go? Ducia enjoys fulling me all the time..

You shouldn't have to call your vet to find out they lost your sample; they should have called you. Lovely blues last night!
