My heart is so sad today :sad: Pound that only lets rescues know about "adoptable" cats killed a diabetic on Friday even though a rescue had been in there on Tuesday and told them not to do anything with her without contacting her and another was there until 5:30 on Friday and was told she was still on stray hold so everyone thought she had until today. Pound just thinks rescues should focus on the cats they tell them are adoptable and not try to save the "chronically ill", injured, and feral. Group conversation started at like 5am this morning on getting her out only to find out they'd killed her long ago. Just want to hug my fosters and cry. :sad: :evil:
