Good morning, everyone!
hope everyone had a restful night, and that we all have a wonderful day today.

Binks survived the Invasion of the Buddy Snatchers last night...but purring was withheld until they headed outdoors....and we are treating ourselves to a uplifting session of Candye Kane's album Home Cookin' this am. (if you've never had the pleasure...give her a listen. Don't let the fact that her best known gimmick is playing intricate tunes on the piano with her breasts...while it's impressive, that is truly the least of her talents :lol: . she is truly well endowed with a great blues voice). she is a friend of my brother's, and i'm proud to repeat the rumor that in her song "dance hall girls"...she included the line 'Idaho seems far away when you're reaching for the stars" in honor of his roots. other albums include "white trash girl" and "guitar'd and feathered" how can you pass up those titles?

4 p's so far. no prezzies in the LB yet...but maybe he's saving the best for last. I am adroitly avoiding any mention of our pretty run on this dose...due to the saying "there are no atheists on a snipe hunt" (that doesnt sound quite right...i'll check it later...)

well, i should be incensed, but i'm just impressed with his humor. at his +2 he looked up and said "better gird your loins for battle" then collapsed with giggles at his daring use of the word "loins". i'll get payback when i break out the pork loin for dinner :lol:

looks like we'll be continuing the pokefest...

oh, and he seems a little tired of the testing...last few times he's ignored my come-hither singing...so i am now forced to entice him with interpretive dance. and if you think i'm kidding...think again...it's true. in case any of you wind up in the same circumstance...i'll share what i've learned so far:

tap dance and clogging...no go.
square dance...not enough participants.
ah...but the Hula! boom...there it is!

thank goodness for all the years of dance lessons...cuz i'm pretty sure he's gonna make me run thru my entire repertoire in no time.
Don't cry for me, Ginger Rogers.

And Celi, if you think clogging's not much of a workout, try it while enduring hot flashes. Explain to people why you keep sneaking out the back door, into the frigid Dec air. :lol: WHEW!

so, we're having such a warm, loving morning here...we would like to share the warmth.
at this point, i feel we have bonded with y'all so much that i'm willing to share with you Binks' and my song for each other...

i'm pretty sure it applies to most of you and your sugarbabies also.
and by the way...i was blessed enough to attend this concert!

Revenge here is NOT what i could call "sweet". Binks staged a retaliatory air strike on Annie's kitty bed...dropped 4 aromatic bombs dead center.
