Yesterday...

Today: AMPS 274 +2 256 +4 215 +5 246 +6 252 +9 271 PMPS 268 +2 272

eta3: That's another 4 cycles and still no change. So I will up the dose again, tomorrow AM - from 4.25u to 4.5u.

eta2: He was outside between +2 nd +4 and had a good feed between +4 and +5. Probably explains the #s...

eta1: called the Vet office, no results rec'd yet - they're going to call DCPAH...

Yes! Indeed we're getting both tests done, IAA and IGF-1. BUT... I have some news, although not the news that we wanted...

...I've just heard back from the Vet and it seems either they didn't get things done last week in time; or the lab is just backed up and didn't get it done. Don't know which it was... bottom line however is that neither of the tests got done in last week's Lab schedule.

So - the IAA test now will be done today and the results should be ready Tuesday (tomorrow). The IGF-1 test they said will be done this Wednesday and the results should be ready on Friday.

I am a bit annoyed - we really thought that we had done everything in good time (the blood was drawn Monday 10/25 and they overnighted it via FedEx)... but there's nothing we can do about it now, so we'll just have to sit tight and wait another few days.

But as you say, nothing we can do about it... at least we may have some news tomorrow...

That's another 4 cycles and still no drop. OK we will go to 4.5u - tomorrow AM...!
 
Sooty's treatment plan may change, depending on his lab results, but until then, I'd keep going with the dosecrease. I've thrown out everything I could think of for the experts to comment on, it seems we are just waiting for Sooty's breakthru dose. i think you and Cathy have done everything from your end that can be done to eliminate the human variables. The rest is up to Sooty. This is the most frustrating part of FD, isn't it? It's very hard.
