Yes. As a cat gets used to lower numbers, the bounces will be 'slower', shallower and will clear faster. In Marley's case, the lower numbers are also because human meters read lower than pet meters.
 
Ah man....so he still might have the higher numbers if I was still on Alphatrax. Damn!
