Interesting..... R is supposed to be an in and out insulin with no depot, but I've found Crystal still responds to it when it's supposed to have run out of duration, ECID I suppose.
 
It's not uncommon for cats with IAA to have weird delayed/ stretched out responses. Black Kitty did. There's no way to know bow much bound up insulin gets released, when it gets released and how potent it is when it is released. Not a bad idea to sit on your hands the cycle following one where you shoot R and observe until you get a feel for your kittys response.
 
Now this is a sweet cycle! I was going to say what Sandy said - the iaa can change how R acts in the body.

Interesting R experiment last night, looks like a good addition to the toolbox for Hyde.
