I tested 15 minutes later the number rose to 61

I shot the normal 5 units at the normal time and fed 1 tsp gravy as a "precaution" with her normal FF LC dinner

Will test again in 1 hour

Did I do okay with the shooting? I felt comfortable doing it. I am prepared for any really low numbers and hers tend to rise after the shot, so I went ahead. Should I have held off you think?

What would be considered a "rise"? Im still learning number specifics LOL And what number would be a "I should be worried about hypo any minute" number? Under 40?

If she starts heading into the low 50s, you might wan to give her a little LC and see if that will just put her up on a surfboard. If she heads into the 40s...try a little extra carb. Don't overfeed her...try a little gravy to bring her up.

LOL Thanks for my cheer :lol: I gave her 1 tsp of gravy with her dinner when I shot. So im really expecting her numbers to go up rather than down. I think shes carb sensitive (but not positive) Wouldnt be surprised to see her get in the blues soon. But we will see, I would love if she just hung out around 80
